Q. We need to consolidate, etc. I'm hoping for a local non-profit service. Any ideas? Asked by irlk - Sun Apr 19 16:37:11 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. Sorry, I'm not from the Seattle area, but you can go to www.bbb.org and do a search by 'type of business'. Just enter credit counseling, debt consolidation, etc, along with your zip code, and it will list the ones in your area. You can then click on the company names and you can see what kind of rating they have with the Better Business Bureau. To me, this is the best way to find a reputable, honest service.
